Billing terms.
- Trial
- 14 days of full Developer capabilities on every new account. No payment method required.
- After the trial
- An account without a subscription keeps running on reduced limits: 3 dependencies, 1-minute checks, 24-hour retention, email alerts. Configuration and history are preserved.
- Renewal
- Developer renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. There is no annual billing.
- Enforcement
- Dependency counts, check intervals, retention and feature access are enforced by the API.
- Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not by itself refund the current period.
- Refunds
- RELIASTRA does not advertise a fixed money-back window. Refund requests go to billing@reliastra.com. Full policy: Refund policy.
- Governing terms
- Governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund policy.
